The hotel is too pricey for what it offers - overpriced. Very noisy in the room due to lack of sound proofing we could hear the TV of the neighbouring room. Only unhealthy breakfast options. This middle of the road hotel overcharges for what if offers.

“the front desk girl was the best part of the hotel. room 207 and the kitchen noise was terrible”
i didn';t catch the name of the front girl who checked us in but she was absolutely amazing!!!!! so helpful and friendly and everytime she saw us she stopped and talked to us offered suggestions of thing to do while there, our concert we flew there for got cancelled literally as we checked in and her empathy was great and she offered so many suggestions of things to do so that was great and she was amazing. all the staff were great

“Excellent stay”
Spotless clean, service was good, facilities (fitness center, swimming pool), bed was very comfortable, various restaurants around, easy to park the car, Wifi was extra fast. All was perfect, way beyond my expectations.

We needed additional blankets- I was cold… Being charged an extra $20 in Advance, coughing staff member at front desk, the omelettes are gross, and the hot tub area needs repairs (not shown in photo.

“Terrible”
Terrible service. Staff was unfriendly and manager is a scam artist. Heard from many sources, after my stay unfortinately, that the place also has bed bugs.

“Great hotel, location+ value for money, wonderful staff member!”
Very friendly receptionist , a lady called Nita gave our stay here the magic touch! She greeted us warmly and gave us great advice where to eat -Lil Ricci's and visit -Morrison. The pool was an added bonus, location was great for Red Rocks concert. Nita is a real gem!
