Had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who helped us with a late check-in. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The buffet had a huge variety and was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

It was super mega excellent. Since it is not the first time I come to this hotel, I can only note that professionalism is at home. All the employees are very smiling, kind, they know how to communicate with tourists. The pools are large, clean and the children's pool is everything you need for a stay where the child feels just as good as the parents.The reception, the bar, the restaurant, at the height. Food for all tastes, the entertainers do their job very well, in short, whoever wants to feel excellent, should come to this hotel.

Everything superlative! Everything at a professional level starting from the reception staff and I greet Mr. Pavel Shaygarovski, bar Димитър Първанов, swimming pool, restaurant. Very good food, for all tastes, spacious rooms. This is the fifth time in 3 years that I have come to this hotel and it is certainly not the last time. Very smiling, kind and solve any problem that arises very quickly.

The room was very good and it was a good size. It was a very beautiful and good-sized room to stay in. The animation team, especially Ana and Victor and Maria, were amazing. The evening show was amazing. The whole animation team was great. The pool and slides are great. The whole stay was amazing.

Our family vacation was absolutely perfect at this hotel. The staff provided everything we could possibly need during our stay. We had a clean, spacious room with a truly stunning sea view. The food was good—the quantity was enormous and had something for every taste.

We had such a wonderful stay at SH Dolce Vita Hotel! Everything about the hotel was lovely – from the atmosphere to the service. A special thank you goes to Georgi at the reception, who made our experience even better. He is such a kind and helpful gentleman, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even allowed us to stay longer after check-out, which was a really thoughtful gesture and made our trip so much more relaxed. Georgi truly represents the best of hospitality – always smiling, professional, and caring. We are so grateful for his help and warm attitude.
