“4 days in Palm Hotel”

First, I have appreciated the champagne gift in my room because of my birthday. The food is very tasty and diverse and the view with the sea is amazing.

We had a great experience at the Palm Beach Hotel. Although we were 2 hours early, the manager arranged the room immediately, as well as entrance to the beach. The view was GORGEOUS and the staff was very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and if we ever visit Bulgaria again, we will certainly book this hotel again.

I liked the size of the room, the sea view, the friendliness of the staff, bulgarian dance evening, the pretty good food. The hotel offers a fair price-quality ratio.

The hotel location, next o the beach. Friendly staff, well organised. The food was delicious, good quality. Very well organized too.

“Not 4 stars. Bad food and drinks”

The food is really bad. Cold and not tasty and the rooms are 2 stars - need renovation. Not 4 stars at all. The cakes are full of artificial cream. Around the hotel is not nice at all.

The hotel staff were very helpful.Expecial Diana from the main desk. Kids' evening accommodation was perfect.The women that run these activities was great. She need to chance some songs due to swearing in English.🤣

“Lovely hotel with a great service and amazing staff!”

The hotel is in amazing location with a good size rooms, very clean and well maintained! The staff were simply amazing- from the manager to the cleaning staff! All of them ready to help with a smile! The food was really good! The facilities- bowling, table tennis, kids corner, playground and mini disco and fun for the kids every evening. The beach is lovely with beach bars one of it with a kids swimming pool and water slide. We are so impressed from the service at Palm Beach and planning to have another summer there, next year.

Very clean, the hotel is very close to the beach. There was one toilet room and another one for the actual bathtub. A nice surprise was the mini washing machine. The food is varied and fresh, on the whole. The staff is polite enough and willing to help, they even responded promptly when asked to help with a bed issue.

“A good hotel for low expectations and low budget.”

A good hotel for a low budget. The location is excellent, in a good and quieter area of the resort. I received a free room upgrade. Very large room, with very comfortable beds, air conditioning that you can adjust as you wish and turn it on and off when you want, the jambs on the room windows isolate the noise from outside very well. The staff strives to clean but there are also many tourists who do not respect common sense rules such as coming washed and dressed decently at mealtime, not with all the sand from the beach. The food is not of the best quality, but there are also good dishes, no one goes hungry. Very good vegetables and fruits. The coffee is good. Juices are to be avoided. Water is only available from the dispenser.

Pet friendly hotel! The sea and beach is 2-3 min from the hotel (across walking str.). Food is good (a lot of variations during the week) for kids and adults.

Great location, free beach facilities, good food. animation team is really good for children, though not much stuff for adults.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The hotel is old, the beds are uncomfortable and the food is basic.

Our room was large with nice furniture and a nice view, there was a great food assortment at the all inclusive restaurant and the personnel was very friendly and helpful.

The room,staff, and food were excellent. I had a good time with my son .
