Overview
The 4-star Marina Grand Beach Hotel is situated in a beautiful park area, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, in the southern part of Golden Sands resort. Free WiFi is available. Most of the rooms offer sea views. Complimentary minibar with water, beer and soft drink is provided in each room. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a pool for children. You can make use of the fitness and squash halls, a sauna, a steam bad and a large relax zone, a hairdresser and a beauty salon. The restaurant at the Grand Hotel features a terrace. “It was fine ...”
Great location, 5min walk from the beach. Very professional and friendly staff in the whole hotel, extra points for that! We had a one-bedroom suite. Room was very clean, 2 small TVs, two bathrooms, one 2m wide bed, great balcony with the seaview. Cleaned every day, bedsheets were not changed (5 night stay). Minibar included 2 water, 2 ice tea and 2 light beer, filled every day. Pool area was clean. Bar in the pool. Enough sunbeds. Massage was heavenly. I even booked second session for 'medical massage'. Highly recommended!

“Wholesome”
Our stay at Marina Grand Beach was everything we hoped for — great service, genuinely welcoming staff, and surprisingly healthy food that actually tasted good. What stood out most, though, were the people. We made real friends here, not just pleasant encounters. Leyli, a receptionist from Turkmenistan, is one of those rare people who makes you feel like you've known her for years. We spent hours talking in the lobby — about life, about cultural differences and a lot of memes — and we're still in touch to this day. If there's anyone who understands how to build a genuine human connection with guests, it's her. Sasha, the bartender from Uzbekistan, was another highlight — great energy, great conversations, plenty of laughs. Honestly, there's nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone made us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

The reception staff was absent, even if you spoke to them they pretended not to understand and you had to wait a long time. We asked to speak to a manager and were told there was none. The cleanliness of the pool was a disaster, everything was 15 years old. Parking is only for a fee, regardless of whether it is the hotel's or not. We were cheated by that company and were not allowed to park even at check-out, without paying. You have no facilities at the beach, you have to pay for sunbeds, including an umbrella. The food sometimes smelled very bad. I talked to the reception and told them that many things did not correspond to booking and they were not interested. Old hotel

“THE ONLY DRAW BACK WAS WE HAD TO GO TO BORGAS AIRPORT AS NO PLANES GO TO VARNA NOW SO IT TOOK 2 HRS”

“Not recomended!”
I do not recomend at all. It was the worst holiday ever. At arrival we found out that we don't have parking place, contrary what we've been agreed before. So the parking stuff guided us to a parking place around 3 km away... the cost was another 98 € for 6 days. The check-in was also a nightmare, very unprofessional deskstuff. I booked and paid all inclusive plus - with seaview , instead we get the neighbour hotel poolview and a bit of bushesview ( as seen on the photos below). When i mentioned the issue with the parking she was like: Oh, yes i know, i understand ... sorry sorry ... After i mentioned the seaview issue she was like : Oh sorry but we are fully booked and i can not change the room .... i 've said : sorry but i didn't fall from the street in, i have also booked like months ago for a double room with seaview. And i 've got the same chant from her: Oh, yes I understand ... sorry sorry, but i can not help you. Next day i've got the final shot. On the website stay that is on the seafront or nearby .... well the nearest freebeach is also like 2,5 km away. After all you have to bare on your mind, all inclusive means nothing by this hotel. Better you take an apartment for half that price and you have your peace of mind. Never again this hotel.
