Perfect food. Alcohol quality (bartenders are professionals and can prepare everything you want). Private beach (around 500 meters) from the hotel. No more than 5 minutes walking. Never used the private transport organised by the hotel.

I really enjoyed the hotel pool and the beach bar — the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel very welcome. The food was decent, there was plenty of variety — even for picky eaters. And the snack bar was actually quite handy

“A really lovely family holiday”

The room was spacious for a family of 4 and had 2 toilets. There was a good range of food and drinks on offer, lots of choices for kids that are picky eaters but also healthy food too. The thematic food nights were great. The beach was a 10 minute walk or 5 minute shuttle ride but it was absolutely brilliant, lots of beds and nice lunch on offer

The staff were fantastic — incredibly well-organised with fun activities scheduled every day. Special mention to the animation team and the DJ, who somehow managed to die (theatrically!) in four languages at once during a show — genuinely one of the most entertaining things I’ve seen. The food was excellent across the board, with the desserts being a real highlight.

The new location of the beach

We spent 2 nights in Viva Club and then we were transferred to Reina Del Mar. For the short time at Viva I can say that the staff was very welcoming and helpful, food and drinks were good, room was comfortable and overall everything was excellent

At the arrival we got an upgrade to the better category and the sea view. We loved the room, the stuff and the hole location. It was a lovely holiday and we enjoyed it really much. The different meal’s were very delicious and always a good variety of selection. If you want a good and relaxing all inclusive experience, then you need to book this hotel!

The room and food was ok, just like any other ALL inclusive hotel in the area. The hotel is not on the beach, you have a bus but it far away - 10 min by bus 30 min y walk. The pool was ok.

Pros: -location of the property - cleanliness -entertainment if its only aimed at children, for adults its mediocre -food is okay, not bad not good
