Everything was perfect, the hotel is located right on the beach. The food is very good, staff is friendly, cleaning is done regularly.

We are already at our third stay with the Grifid Chain (Vistamar & Sentido also), and this hotel, Encanto did not disappoint either. Plus: cleanliness with a 10/10 rating, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, warm and open people, always smiling, and a variety of dishes. We can't wait to return to the chain.🥰

“Nice experience for all inclusive”

The food is very varied and tasty for every time of the day. Alcoholic drinks are very well prepared. The pools are well maintained and there is a lifeguard at the indoor pool. Pisicina Infinitu offers a superb view of the beach and has a bar where you can stock up on drinks. The restaurant has a very large capacity so you can immediately find a seat and if you want to enjoy the food you can do it on its terrace. The waiters are very nice and serve you quickly. The hotel is neat and the rooms are clean. Another plus is that you have the hotel beach to enjoy and easy access to the center of the resort either by train or an evening stroll.

The staff makes all the difference. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming – from the restaurant team, to the girls and guys at the hotel bar and beach bar, and even the lady who cleaned our room. There are many good hotels out there, but finding one with such quality people is rare

It was a la carte because of the less people accomotldation. In a la carte there were anything interesting for kids. I asked pasta but it wasn't offered. Kids ate only french fries upon my order. They should think about the kids when it is a la carte as we have paid ultra all inclusive.

“Great experience, very good hotel for us as family.”

Location: the hotel is located on the beach, with it’s own private beach and a splendid view of the sunrise. Additionally there is immediate access to the external and internal pool. Cleanliness: our cleaning lady was Mrs. Maryianna, a wonderful lady, very friendly and very careful with the cleaning. And made our kids very happy also by leaving nice arrangements made from towels. The personnel of the hotel are very nice, they made our vacation very nice.

What stood out for us was the excellent customer service, they really made it worth it.

- sea view - spacious room - bedside table plugs - quieter part of Golden Sands - spa facilities - good quality room slippers provided - rituals shower gel, shampoo, soap the additional included benefits from choosing concept room: - separate sunbed area on beach that always had space, waiters periodically come to you to take your order - brunch in the skybar - private 6th floor sunbathing area, waiters come to you to take your order but less frequently - dinner in the beach restaurant

Very good location, nice beach and pools, friendly staff, decent size room. Food was excellent and dinner gala was a nice surprise. Keep up the great work and we will love to come back.

Concept room from 6th floor has spectacular view. The services are very good. We will return for sure next year.

“Me encantó”

The hotel is realy nice, the rooms are comfty, clean and big. We had a balcony with sea view, this was great, I could observe the sun rise from the room. Meals were good, at the bar they served bottled beverages, mini-fridge free of charge and daily supplyed. The SPA area with differend type of sauna was my favorite.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Griffid Encanto hotel. The exceptional service and hospitality provided by the Griffid team made our vacation truly memorable. We are deeply grateful for the exemplary service and the warm atmosphere created by the Griffid team. For example, one evening when we had dinner, they served a welcome drink to the adults at the entrance of the restaurant, and they did not forget the kids, as every child also received a welcome drink.
