“It's worth it”
We got a large room for four people (my husband, me and my kids), with a nice desk and a wide bathroom. The pressure of the water flow in the shower was absolutely perfect. Mattresses were not too hard. The valets, reception and the majority of the waiters are very professional and nice. The cleaning service is also 10 out of 10! The food was delicious. Great variety of fruits (watermelon, papaya, orange, melon, banana, etc) and beverages for breakfast (ex: coconut water, fresh orange juice, yogurt, different kinds of coffee, hot milk, iced whole milk, and so on.)

“My stay as great thanks to the stuff that are very friendly and polite.”
Staff very friendly and polite. Didn’t like restaurant, cause I asked and paid for fillet mignon, but the meat wasn’t. Since there never are there anymore. Hot water only works some hours of the day. If you sleep a little longer, there’s no more hot water. Also one day had to ask for sheets cause they clean the room but didn’t put the sheets. Another day they miss towel’s. 😊 other than that all good.

“Needs a lot of TLC ..”
I have stayed here , prior to the outbreak of COVID , it was then call The Mercury Hotel , an it was a good 4 star hotel , but now it as changed hands it feels and looks sad and neglected
