Everything, the atmosphere was amazing and we could relax very well. Sandra is very lovely and hospitable and all the animals on site were also really cute. I especially fell in love with Fred, one of the dogs. :) very tasty and rich breakfast as well (vegetarian).

Amazing Bed & Breakfast with camping spots, a unique location with a marvellous view, large pool, beautiful common areas and trully comfortable bedrooms. Wonderful place in a peaceful location between major sites, such as Geghard Monestary and the Symphony of Stones valley. Excellent accommodation, great swimming pool and very friendly service. Splendid breakfast, and dinner available for delivery from nearby restaurant.

great landlords - very nice Dutch couple, so flexible guys with individual approach to the guests. amazing view from the balcony, nice pool area with shaded and sunny zones. rooms much better if you compare to the other premises in this vicinity
