We had a 4th floor apartment which was very clean and had all the facilities needed for our four night stay. The location is convenient for the river bus and local shops. The apartment was very quiet and the gym and pool were an added bonus.

The location is nice, close to Asiatique and not too far from other places. About 20 minutes on grab ride to palace. Area is quiet, so no problems with night sleep.

There were everything that u can think of to use a fridge oven Microwave bug the bedroom Aircon did not work and the cleaners never came to clean and I stayed there three weeks with no cleaners

The location was fabulous. Close to everything. Super easy to hail a taxi for day trips. Amazing views from the rooftop sitting areas. Very short walk to Asiatique which has a Big C (grocery store) in it, markets (overpriced), restaurants, shops. Massage parlours and hairdressers in easy walking distance. 7 Elevens everywhere. Street food everywhere. The condo was a comfortable size for two people. The bed was enormous. Small balcony with a view of the pool, washing machine and drying rack. Equipped kitchen. TV with Netflix. Adequate bathroom. Two air conditioners (slight overkill for the room size). Building is very secure with card/fob entry to elevators and room. Building located within an alley, tucked away. Some drivers had some trouble finding it, so we eventually just had them drop us off at Asiatique, which was easy to communicate. Great pool and a little gym room which contained free weights, ellipticals and treadmills.

Perfect Cozy Room, perfect for 2, walking distance to 7E and Asiatique. I will come and stay here again for sure.

Good value for money, condo has everything you need for a few days. Walking distance to public express boat service at Wat Ratcha Singkhon temple boat stop. Or tourist boat from Asiatique.

Nice and warm staff. Felt like home.

“I felt right at home!”

The host was super responsive and also came to receive me at the apartment when I arrived! It was a nice touch that they had included some free snacks in the kitchen and also a little fabric softener to use when using the washing machine. The neighborhood was quiet and a few walking minutes to Asiatique Market and the 7/11 stores were quite close. I would definitely book this space again!

Great place for staycation! Decent studio unit with swimming pool, 5 mins walk to Asiatique riverfront! Really enjoy our stay at here ! Too bad forget to capture some picture of the room 🥲

The location of the property is amazing, i love all the cafes around the condo, Asiatique also has so many amazing restaurants , the mall Icon Siam is even better than Paragon, bigger better shops and restaurants and riverside too. Its really the heart of Bangkok
