Dinner (Springbok shank) prepared by Anna was really very good and she is a super nice hostess. All the staff was very accommodating. Had a nice chat with Japanese guest who was the only other person checked in there for the night.

A Warm Welcome to Namibia! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The accommodation was comfortable and relaxing, and the food—absolutely amazing! We were also grateful for the extra help with a few pieces of washing, which made our stay even more convenient. All thanks to Anne, who went out of her way to make everything so special. As our first stop in Namibia, this experience truly set the tone for a wonderful trip. Highly recommended!

Gochas is a pin-prick on the map so it was nice to get not bad accommodation in such a small town. The room was small and basic, aircon but no fridge, strictly not self catering. There was a warm shower and comfy bed. An adequate breakfast is included in the price but dinner needs to be ordered as extra, which we opted not to partake in. There is a swimming pool.

Like an oasis in the desert! Lovely garden and flowers. Access to pool and glorious sunset views. Extensive seating area in Lapa. Anna couldn't have been more helpful and the food she cooks is excellent and beautifully presented.

We needed a stop-over between Windhoek and Mata-Mata and this place is about perfect for travellers on a modest budget. Nice setting, very good breakfast. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Communication is good. They offer dinner which was excellent.

The guest house was located in a great spot, for an overnight stop. The staff, Anna , was fantastic, always smiling and happy to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a great breakfast was provided.

Kamelruhe feels like a home away from home. Anna and Magrieta were excellent hosts. The springbok was delicious at dinner. Our rooms were very comfortable. Great beds, crisp linen and extra touch of a flat sheet. Hot hot showers were very welcome after 10 days of cold to lukewarm showers on our trip. Anna organised an excellent breakfast box for us as we had to depart very early in the morning. You could sense that these were prepared with love.

Comfortable one night accomodation option on the way to the Kalahari. Gochas is good for fueling and getting provisions in the local supermarket. The guest house is nice enough, and we were hosted by Ana, who seems to be running the hospitality front (she is NOT the owner, who never came to greet us). We had dinner which was the highlight of the stay there.

Anna was amazing - multi talented chef, barman and entertainer. Brilliant sunset on the veranda.
