The Queen bedding was very comfortable and the staff were just lovely and very helpful. Loved that we could use the microwave in dining area as needed and staff assisted with boiling water for our cups of tea

Great location for visiting Universal Studios. (15 min) it right next to a large shopping mall. great options for breakfast outside. nice lobby. great view from the window.

“Great if you want to stay outside of LA”
Breakfast was decent, room was nice and large with house keeping coming often. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. In a nice safe area with lots of shops nearby

breakfast was ok, 2 of our rooms were not made up on arrival. 1 of our rooms was not not cleaned or given fresh towels and toilet rolls for 4 days. had to speak to reception twice.
