“Lousy, I won't be coming back, I will go to the hotel opposite yours!!”
The bed linen is very poor quality and I hardly slept but woke up with a rash around one of my eyes! The pillows are disgusting $8 tontine cheap pillows and a pillow that was so bad in shape you could not use it, I think these pillows are children's pillows and would not give anyone a good nights sleep! One of the two towels was thread bare and only suitable for cleaning rags! I paid good money for a good nights rest but your hotel fell very short of that! Also I tried to ring around 12 times throughout the day to let staff know my flight was going to be late and someone only answered after all those calls.

The Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley is a great hotel, easliy accessed by train. The area has an abundance of restaurants and a great shopping centre. The hotel is within walking distance of all. The hotel has great views of the area. The room I stayed in had great facilities, The team at Ibis Glen Waverley were great with check in and out, friendly and helpful.

“Enough reason to cancel your Accor memberships.”
It’s relatively clean, but very dated and a number of maintenance issues affect the property, plastic showers, loose hanging fittings, leaky taps, no security in the carpark and elevator system.
