“0 out of 10 - very bad host and living conditions!”
This host her name is Anja was awful. She demanded 200 euro deposit when I arrived which was not in the terms of the booking.com booking and kept saying to me I'm not allowed to use the lights in the chalet at night. Wi - fi was awful and this stay was for work purposes. No washing machine and I used my own amazon washing machine hand one and one day hanged my clothes outside the chalet using a hanger and she kicked off over this as well. One day before checking out she said she will not return my 200 euros deposit then I contacted booking.;com and they asked her to return this but she refused. Then on the morning of check out she refused to come to collect key and asked her daughter to come and she only gave me 100 euros back. The host all 3 of them mother, daughter and Anja the main host were rude, disrespectful and no manners whatsoever. Please anyone who is thinking of booking do not at all cost! She said there is damp in the bathroom which I took pictures of before and after and none what so ever she just tried to get extra money and was very rude she is just a lady who wants to milk people and was very rude and aggressive to me. A strange lady as I paid for the chalet in full and she is telling me that I cannot use the lights at night! She claims she can speak English as when I booked online it stated English and German but her English was awful! She claimed she was married but I found out her partner spoke to me a few times and said no he is not married, we are separated. The day before check out she said she will not come to collect the key and return my deposit and get a friend to come in the morning and I give the key! Booking.com have been great and replied to all my messages and emails and I'm awaiting for my 100 euros back!
