“Incredible villa with exceptional views, facilities, and access to Ocean/Beach. PERFECT hosts!”

Before I discussed the villa, I really have to mention what a fantastic pair of hosts Tania and Mark were. Tania was there to meet us at arrival and before that provided us so much information that was so useful to our stay. Not to mention she was also replying very swiftly to our whatsapp messages whenever we needed guidance. Inside the villa upon arrival, Tania is the perfect host. She took us round the whole place and made sure that the apartment is stocked with very useful basics such as coffee, fruits, snacks and fresh coconuts, plus many more (cleaning, anti mosquito, water etc.) On our day of departure, Tania arranged for us to fill the time between check-out and our flight to go to a nearby hotel beach club, for which Mark dropped us off and they arranged our taxi to pick our luggage up from them on the way. PERFECT hosts! The villa itself is absolutely mind blowing. The bedrooms are extremely large and generous with very comfortable beds and Aircon and fans throughout. The bathrooms are phenomenal and this is all on the first floor when you walk in. Downstairs, you are greeted with the most incredible view of the Indian Ocean. This can be enjoyed from an extremely generous and well-furnished terrace and super plunge pool. Access to the ocean is very straightforward, and you are spoiled by some of the most enjoyable snorkeling and diving straight off the back of the house - my go pro footage has at least 30 - 40 different types of fish, plus swimming with rays! Convenient stores and restaurants are all within very easy walking distance and you also have a private little beach 30 seconds from the front door which we enjoyed massively. It is also stacked with appliances - huge fridge freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, Wi-fi, snorkels, flippers (fins), drying rack, nespresso machine.....it really has everything you need! We only used it for the last 2 days of our tour of the Seychelles, but if we had our time again, we'd stay here for at least 4 or 5.

What a beautiful location, directly at the sea with direct access to marvellous snorkling grounds and views to fall in love with. Tanja was a perfect host hand had lots of great tips for what to do. We loved our family stay over christmas and will surely come back some time. The house was in a great condition and had everything we needed.

Our experience in the villa was amazing! And Tania was very helpful. The location is great, all you need is nearby and the house is unbelievable! We’d love to go back and really recommend the villa!

The host tania was absolutely perfect. such a lovely person. She brought complementary fruits, snacks, coconut water for us. such a nice gesture. much appreciated. We are a family of 5 (3 kids, 13, 10, 8 years old) and we all liked the location veeeeeery much! We startet here our seychelles adventure, such a nice accommodation. To hear the waves during the night, perfect. Kids loved it also very much. There is a small shop next to the accommodation. We walked to a restaurant near by, which it was good. Bring your flashlight, around 6pm its already dark :-) (a general seychelles advice :-) we had enough space, they put an extra bed, so the kids could sleep all together in one room. we can highly recommend this property !!

Amazing villa and exceptional hospitality. We were welcomed by Tania who shown us around the house. She is an amazing and very thoughtful host. Fresh coconuts, fruits and snacks were waiting for us, she even gave a toy turtle to our baby :)

The villa is amazing it has everything you need for your stay. Tania has been super helpful from minute one, replying and assisting with all the questions and requests we had. The views of the villa are simply exceptional.

Great villa with lots of nice amenities. Tania gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home and taken care of. Jump into an aquarium right in front, a bit slippery though to get down. We ordered delivery both nights which was very tasty, although kitchen is also very well equipped with icemaker fridge and espressomachine! Beautifull to sit outside, just enjoying the view, cooling off in the little pool. We saw a whole group of dolphins in front passing by! Shops and busstop nearby.

One of the best homes we stayed in. Place is cozy, super clean, has perfect views and just gives you that overall vacation vibe. Tania is the best host one can hope for. I definitely recommand this place 100%. The only small downside is the sometimes slow wifi, but you get used to that in the Seychelles anyway. Overall a perfect stay.

It was the most beautiful villa we had during our Honeymoon <3 Everything was wonderful - the patio with the pool where you can watch the most magnificent sunsets, the little beach and perfect snorkeling location, the kajak, the beautiful bedrooms with the palm roof, the new yet traditional interior, and -beyond all- the hospitality of Tania & team. She brought us fresh coconuts & other fruits and made us the most wonderful welcome. She also gave us tipps and was always available if we had questions. We would definitely come back <3
