During my stay, while I was inside my room, the door was opened with a key card. I do not know whether it was a mistake using a key card from another room or another situation, but the fact is that someone was able to open my room while I was inside. The room was cold and the air conditioning system did not provide heating. And the loud music from the hotel’s own nightclub continued until 1:00 a.m.

Hotel Astoria is one of the most cleanest hotels i have ever stayed in Kosovo! Each room is well furnished and elegant with the most comfortable furniture and bedding making sure you have a wonderful stay/sleep when visiting. The staff are extremely welcoming and treat you like family and are always so attentive! Thank you for all of your efforts guys.It’s highly recommended!! The resorant has the best sea food that you can eat in Kosovo.
