Superb breakfast, Helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay so much that I stayed an extra night, it meant a very early start to the airport the next morning but the hotel arranged a taxi and a packed breakfast for me to eat in the taxi.

Loved loved loved this hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was amazing! We had dinner there one of the nights we stayed and the food was also beautiful; it was the night the hotel was celebrating it's birthday and we could see how much all the staff interacted and were like one big family. Our waiter that night was one of the loveliest people we had the pleasure to meet and he couldn't do enough for us, including some shots of raki to finish off dinner. Altogether a really lovely stay and we could not have been looked after any better

Central Location. Parking in the underground parking space of the hotel Rooms are very ok. On a noisy street but Quiet in the rooms. Super buffet breakfast. Very friendly personel

“Welcoming and special”

Such a beautiful hotel! It felt historic and special. The staff made us feel so welcome right from check in. My husband and I were sick when we stayed here unfortunately (not from this hotel!!) and the staff were so patient and kind with us - getting extra water and allowing a later checkout. We loved having a sauna in our room - such a treat!!

The place is gorgeous, modern and authentic at the same time. This is a small hotel where locals stay as well as tourists. It is clean and welcoming. My room was small but it was good enough for me. The staff speaks English and Italian and they know the city and other places of interest They have an excellent restaurant with competent and helpful staff. Maybe this place should not get too widely known but it is too lat now :)

The breakfast was amazing. Why was that it is included in your fare for the room, plus all that was there was made fresh. They've turned a simple Continental breakfast into a wholesome and satisfying experience. With their freshly made food, the patience and kindness of the waiters, their understanding of English helped me A lot as well. It's a hotel that unless you desire to explore the town, you don't need to leave the building, all is taken cared of.

“A wonderful hotel in a great location.”

This historical, hotel is beautifully renovated and in a great location. The old bazaar is literally outside the door and provides for interesting walks. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The receptionist was cheerful and kind. The room was very clean...although excessively warm and did not appear adjustable from inside the room. The breakfast was varied and generous. We also had dinner in the restaurant. The menu was interesting and the food delicious. Our waiter was very kind and engaging. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
