The apartment is beautifully furnished and was spotlessly clean on arrival. It was lovely to have coffee and tea available plus bottles of water in the fridge. The bedrooms were very spacious with the minimum of furniture, but this is not a criticism as this provided a minimalist feel The ambience as you walk towards the apartment is serene and calm. I simply loved the outside bath and the massage chair was a fantastic addition. There is a great 24hr supermarket very nearby with really friendly staff. Most evenings my family and I walked towards the Kyoto Tower and found so many places to eat. We particularly liked a food court very nearby the Tower that sold the most amazing pancakes! This was a great little apartment in a very safe area in Japan!

The location is quite good: close enough to the metro station (some 8 minutes to the fast train connection), some 20-25 walking from the centre. Clean and tidy, very functional.

This was such a beautiful place. We really loved experiencing the traditional design. The shower and baths was great. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had the best sleep here compared to my other accommodation. We also really loved the massage chair such a great addition

Location, facilities. Close to train station and was within walking distance to locations such as Kiyomizu-dera and Fushimi Inari Tanisha ( plus lots more however we just didn’t have enough time to go see everything nearby!)

Really lovely little apartment with great facilities and nice touches like the coffee and green tea provided. Staff were superb - friendly and responding quickly to our queries. The location was in a quieter part of town and a short walk to the train station and one stop away from all the action in Gion or across the river. There were pretty good food options nearby too. Really highly recommend this as a place to stay. I came with teenagers and my parents and it was great.

Great location and short walk to Gion area. Plenty of great ramen and coffee nearby. Rooms were great for a family of four with older teens. Super comfy beds and very clean. Would recommend!
