Beautiful appartement, everything was there. Very modern, very comfortable. Never had a kitchen with such a view, it’s just the best thing. Flavia is a great hostess. She knows what guests like, without exaggarating. Would have gladly stayed there longer, as also the area is giving you lots of options. I’ll just have to return!

So, let's make a list : Amazing and generous breakfast. The host, Flavia was very kind, helpful, and caring. The building is a very good example of why we should NEVER destroy "old" to make "new", but rather build "new" in/on/around/ "old". Everything was clean, tidy, comfortable. It was spacious and luminous. The place is calm and the view is great. The access to the building and to the rooms is secured by a code and cards.

Very warm hosts. Exelent communication, helpful staff, superior apartments, marvellous views from it. Recommended for everyone who is looking for warm and outstanding stay in Alps. Best wishes from our family!

Just everything! Flavia was so kind! She hosted us just perfectly! We even asked for her creative ideas for our romantic gateway and she and her sister made us a beautiful surprise in the room. The best part of our stay was Flavia the host. She was exceptional. The breakfasts were perfect, she was always available to help us. All four of us found her to be so sweet, charming caring and efficient. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay very much but Flavia and Silvia were what really made it wonderful for us.

All was amazing and we were very sorry we couldn't stay another day or 2! Because the place has its story and charm. The owner and host is an amazing person who adds personal touch to that beautiful old but super modern renovated and equipped house ! You breakfast with local products and view on the mountains will be unforgettable. We are so happy we have chosen to stay here and not in some kind of impersonal hotel. Very strongly recommended !!!

Modern, stylish, really comfortable and very clean apartment situated on a quiet street with great views across the valley located some 5mins by car from aoste and 10mins from walks in the Valpelline area. The host, flavia is a very impressive person, we wish her well for the future.

The apartment was super nice in this building still old outside but super new and modern inside. We stayed here in order to spend one day in the Terme of Pre Sant Didier and one day walking in the nature but it is in an optimal position also to go skiing in Pila (wonderful comprensorio). Flavia, the host, was always available to give us suggestions, and she was also welcoming us during breakfast in the morning in this super nice breakfast room, a good way to start the day! The room was super modern, clean and with everything that you need! I would recommend it 100% and I will go back there for sure!
