Located in the business district of Gibraltar, Bentley Holiday Apartments - West One offer accommodation with views of the sea and Gibraltar Rock. The Studio Apartment features a fold-down double bed and a fully fitted kitchenette. The Deluxe Studio has a large kitchen with breakfast bar and a private balcony. The One-Bedroom Apartment has a large kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a private terrace. Each apartment has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air-conditioning and a washing machine. There is an en suite bathroom in each apartment with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided. The accommodation is self catered, however the surrounding area features a variety of restaurants and cafe’s and a supermarket is located 0.3 km away. The town centre is a 10 minute walk from the property and Gibraltar airport is a 7-minute drive away.

I originally was trying to enter the code into the wrong keypad (there are 2) as was another guest but once we opened our eyes properly and saw the second one, access to the building was easy.

Nice location a short walk away from a large supermarket & Main Street, close to a bus stop as well if you don't feel like stretching your legs. Apartment had all the amenities for a short stay and gaining access to the building was super easy.

Please note my review is for Eurocity One Bed Apartment, the block Bentley Holidays have behind West One. We altered our booking before we went to Gibraltar. So I’ve not stayed at West One or seen the accommodation. The apartment was incredible, immaculately clean and furnished to a very high standard. It felt very luxurious, even the public hallways sent divine when walking through. The kitchen applications were high quality and we had full sized appliance including a washer/dryer. It was spacious and has the ability to be kept cool in the heat of summer. Or warm in the traditional damp Gibraltarian winter. The pool, garden walkways and sun beds were really lovely and well thought out. Well kept and manicured and water very clean. The operating times are very generous too, you can stay in until 10pm. Being the time of year we only ventured in once. My daughter swam properly but I wimped out at waist high. The pool is heated by sky power only! The company Bentley themselves were a dream to deal with, communication was swift, polite and easy. For us the location was absolutely perfect. Main Street just a hop away approx five mins walk. Opposite is a Morrisons supermarket. More expensive than Euroski but the convenience is great. Especially when eating in the apartment and you need to carry several bags. A plethora of bus stops just yards away. The bus service (if needed) is very easy in Gibraltar. Very regular and reasonably priced to. Nice to know in the summer heat you can catch the bus straight to Eastern Beach, Catalan Bay and Both Worlds. Another easy walk approx 10 mins is the lively Marina area. Lots of restaurants, boats obviously and booking offices for marine based activities. We did the Dolphin Safari by rib boat and it was great fun. It’s important to say how quiet and peaceful the apartments are especially at night time. For me personally I wouldn’t want to stay down the marina as it’s a lot more bustling.
