Despite everything written below, mainly because of the perfect service, I would still recommend staying here to anyone for whom the location is convenient and who is not bothered by the issues I described. Positive: Bottom line: Beautiful building, excellent service — the best I’ve experienced — and comfortable beds. Details: The hotel is located in an old house that has been partially renovated, with a huge amount of artwork everywhere, seating areas in a well-kept garden, private parking (extra charge), and a pool that is still under construction. The hotel is managed by an elderly couple who are lovely, kind, and always happy to help as much as possible. The hotel is clean and organized, with enough towels provided. Breakfast is an upgraded continental breakfast including coffee, tea, juice, tortilla with prosciutto and cheeses, croissant, boiled egg, zucchini toast, bread with jam, cut fruit, and more. Every request we had regarding breakfast was gladly fulfilled the next day, very generously. We stayed in the top-floor room, which is huge, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, so it can accommodate up to 6 people. The beds are comfortable. The room has a large private balcony with an open view. There are 2 air conditioners, 2 toilets, a bidet, and a shower.

The landlady and the landlord are true unique wonders in our world. Perfect and unparalleled hospitality with the kindness and warm home feeling of old times. Something you don’t really see nowadays but somewhere inside we are all missing. Breakfast is amazing and comes from heart and care. A must go for all those who appreciate calm and cheerful places. Stunning scenery from the top floor and charming garden.

The property is one of a kind. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Hosts are incredibly nice.

Wonderful house, old and historic. Great view to the Etna. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. The facilities a bit old but it’s not a problem when it feels like you sleep in a castle. Highly recommended!!

Our hosts were cheerful and helpful. When a room looking out onto Mt Etna became available they upgraded us at no cost - and it was wonderful sitting in the sun on a balcony, the mighty but calm volcano a wonderful sight especially at sunset.

We had an amazing stay at the vila. Inside vila feels like you are in the historical castle. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, and sparkling clean throughout. We enjoyed breakfast with a view of mountain Etna very much.

Entering the property was like stepping into a fairy tale! A wonderful 250 year old house, very well taken care off. A wonderful garden and great patio where an amazing breakfast was served by the owners whose hospitality went far beyond anything I ever experienced at a B&B! Inside many artworks welcomed us. The apartment has a beautiful big terrace with a view of the Etna! From a nice sofa you could admire the great environment. The beds were very comfortable and everything you could need was there: from a corkscrew to a water cooker, from a good bed light to lots of space. WiFi was great, parking was good and private. I can’t but recommend this gem! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Sicily.

The villa man and lady of the house were so lovely, staff were exceptional at their job and the facilities were incredible!! Our view from the balcony was in perfect view of the sea and Mount Etna!

“Beautifully decorated villa”

Beautifully furnished old Sicilian villa. Very spacious attic apartment with a big terrace overlooking Etna. The aircon worked perfectly so even the attic didn't get hot. Just 12 minutes car ride to Taormina, 5 mins to the beach and 8 minute walk to the best pizza place. The breakfast was smaller but very good. Once they build the swimming pool, it will be heavenly.

Traditional sicilian villa. Nice atmosphere.

A beautiful and traditional style villa with great views of Mount Etna. Villa is only a 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and served a great breakfast each morning. Would definitely stay here again 😃.

This is a magnificent and charming old villa, filled with antiques and surrounded by a spacious garden. It is lovingly managed by a delightful elderly couple, Agatha and Salvatore, who take care of every detail with warmth and grace. Our room was clean and featured a large terrace overlooking Mount Etna. As noted in other reviews, you can hear some noise from the nearby highway toll station, but it did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the experience. There isn’t much to see in the immediate vicinity, as the villa is located in a rather plain residential neighborhood. However, it's just a short drive to the sea and beachfront restaurants, about 15 minutes from Taormina, and around 45 minutes from both Catania and Mount Etna. All in all, it’s a strategically located base for exploring the region.

Very friendly and hospitable owners. Despite the language barrier, they made our stay very comfortable. You feel like you are staying in a Palazzo! Impeccably clean and delicious breakfast.

The Villa is a beautiful antique place. The service provided by the owners is impeccable and the daily breakfast made fresh is different every time and just delicious. You sit outside in the garden/patio which is smaller than we thought but nice. The room and the large terrace we had are very nice and the view of Mount Etna is gorgeous. The room cleaning every day was brilliant. It's a 20 mins drive from Taormina and 15 mins walk to the beach in Giardini Naxos where you find many restaurants and shops. You are right by the motorway that connects Catania and Messina. It took us 1 hour to drive up to Mt Etna.
