The property has everything you need - facilities are clean and really well maintained. Most staff are really friendly and accommodating. For a traditional Riviera style hotel I would say the standard is very high and good value

location was brilliant. One is near the beach ( if you want it- although we stayed by the pool, which is excellent). There were no towel wars! We would go visiting in the daytime and be by the pool in the afternoon. It is next to a fantastic restaurant (Spelonca) and also the usual bars ( which were a bit of tourist traps) and also a supermarket and 10 min from the main Giardini bus station ( where one can take a trip to Taormina) and get there in 20 min. I loved being in this hotel in Giardini as it does not have the crowded feel of hotels in Taormina. Room was basic but all what one needs in the heat of Sicily ( aircondition, very clean, towels were clean). The pool was lovely and they had a bar and gelato stand by the pool!

The breakfast was good and the location is nice if you want to be away from the crowds of Taormina.The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and convenient for car hire, bus station and Saturday market. There were several restaurants and bars close by that we enjoyed and fairly convenient for the beach, although we spent more time on the main beach in Naxos (20 minute walk). We loved Taoramina, and the bus journey to get there.

The location of the hotel was very good. Lovely reception area and great view of Mount Etna and swimming pool area was good. Dining room service was very efficient. Great shower and view out to the sea.

A wide choice of breakfast items all freshly prepared, a beautiful pool area for cooling off after sight - seeing earlier in the day and very friendly and attentive staff. Overall a wonderful stay.

Close to the beach and a short walk to the centre. Very quiet grounds and big rooms. Room cleaned and towels refreshed daily. Friendly staff.

“A terrible hotel in a terrible area – the worst holiday experience I’ve had in Sicily.”

Absolutely nothing. The entire place felt like a scam. They’ve created a nice-looking lobby just to trick people, but nothing else in the hotel matches that impression. The rooms were awful and completely inconsistent with the image they present online.

Good location, close to the sea, nearby restaurants and close to public transport, yet tranquil and pleasant. Helpful staff with nice attitude. Good breakfast with high standard service.
