“Excellent hotel”

“Luxury feel with noticeable shortcomings”
At first glance, the hotel looks beautiful. The marble is impressive and creates a sense of luxury. The hotel's beach is lovely and well maintained, and you get your own sunbed and umbrella free of charge. The rooms are nice, and the sea view is incredible. I highly recommend booking a room with a terrace and sea view. The room itself is comfortable.

“Overall ok”
Porter for luggage great and helpful, receptionist Tonino - very helpful and charming, room comfortable and clean. Shower had body wash and hand soap instead of body wash and shampoo / conditioner. Pool beautiful - beach was nice too and quite convenient in location by the hotel

nice personnel - always ready to help good location - on the beach and walking distance to the Naxos downtown parking available - but you need to ask each time in the reception to open the ramp

The floors were filled with dust and initially we had a room without a balcony and for that price I would expect at least a balcony. The receptionist started to get annoyed but the manager then fixed the situation and gave us a room with balcony. The floors were still filled with dust. Seems like the room hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while. After this I wanted to have a coffee sent to my room and they were going to charge me an additional €7 so I had to go up and down, as a compensation for the room I would expect at least this. The cafeteria at the reception didn’t even have milk, the barista had to go get it from somewhere and I waited around 15 minutes for a coffee. Breakfast was decent.

What I really liked about the hotel was how modern it was, the room, its location near the beach, the staff, and how comfortable it felt overall. On the other hand, the breakfasts were very good.

Heating. Parking. Location at the beach. Location is in the nicer and quieter part of Naxos, but not much around it. Average breakfast. Compared to other establishments we saw in Naxos this one looked the best.
