A very well maintained and equipped farmhouse. Everything is organised from check in to check out. Beds were very comfortable and the farmhouse was equipped to every little detail. Very fair pricing and certainly a farmhouse where we would stay again. Perfect for spring and autumn, even winter. Since its spacious living and dining area and comfortable outdoor area.

“Great place for friends or family getaway”

We had an amazing time on the villa. We were a group of 7 people with different holiday expectations and plans so the villa is very spacious and rooms are well isolated from each other. It was easy to leave and come back without any distraction for others. Each room has a bathroom which is very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious so it was easy to cook big dinners together. And we especially enjoyed our time in the dinning area. We had 2 cars and found it easy to park outside of the villa. Easy to drive anywhere, any bays or beaches. Also easy to walk to Victoria, about 20 mins by walk. There is a close by local grocery shop with good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. The host is nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to stay on the villa

“Fabulous large villa, amazing location, perfect family holiday”

The villa was huge! Much larger than expected. Set in a peaceful Gozitan village so it was super quiet. There are 3 double rooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is also a twin room upstairs. The villa is over 3 floors with the top floor being a laundry area. The facilities inside and outside were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. There was even bread, ham, and cheese in the fridge when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The main town, Victoria, is only 5 minutes away in a car with lot's of lovely restaurants and sites. The ferry port to get to Malta is 20 mins away and is very easy to use. You buy tickets on the Gozo end at a drive through ticket booth. The pool and jacuzzi (not heated) were fabulous and big enough for 5 people to enjoy easily. The parking was easy, but it was up a steep narrow driveway so best to rent a small car if you are staying here! I would highly recommend and we are already booking again for next year.

The host was great in communucation, always ready to help. Not that much was needed, but this is seen in simple things that others would see as superficial and ignore. Cleanliness was evident and noticed that actions from previous comments was always taken. Kitchen was equipped with everything one can need. Spacious and very well kept.keep it up

It’s rare to come across such thoughtful hospitality, and it made a big difference in the overall experience. The combination of a clean and well-prepared property, all the conveniences provided, and such a welcoming host made this stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and stress-free getaway. I left with nothing but positive impressions and would gladly return in the future.

It was a palace! The Villa was beautifully furnished, spacious and clean. Every room has an en suite. It has everything you could wish for. Set in a very quiet location and just a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. The owner was great with communication and advice, very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Very well appointed property, kitchen especially good. 5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms so would be perfect for large groups. Stunning views. Property manager very responsive.
