“Nightmare”
Rank of cigarets. No baby cot even though it says it’s available. Had to leave and find other accommodation. Worst parts was that they promised me to reimburse via Booking, but denied the request. Never again

“It's former premier class hotel. Good for short stay”
I like hard bed. I usually sleep better in a premier class hotels then many fancy hotels. This hotel is or was premier class hotel before it became hotel gex

There was no heating on, it was 12 degrees I was able to fall asleep at 2 am before the room got a little too warm. The toilet couldn't be flushed because there was no water in it.

“We stayed en route to the alps and was warm and comfortable. The food and staff were amazing. It’s good value for money.”
