Overview
Set 10 km from Gex in the Haut-Jura National Park, 800 metres from the ski slopes, Chalet-Hôtel La Mainaz Restaurant & Resort, The Originals Collection features two onsite restaurants. It boasts a terrace with a panoramic view over the Mont Blanc and Jura ranges as well as over Lake Geneva. We stayed just one night, so for us it's been ok and had all we needed. Close to Geneva Airport but in a breathtaking mountain location. Sleep was fine and beds were OK. Otherwise hotel seems to be a bit abandoned in terms of maintenance and care, which is a pity as the location is spectacular.

“Beautiful hotel with stunning view in the middle of nature”
Very nice location, close to many hiking routes and the station mont rond where you can have nice food, go up the hill and even a rodelbahn. The hotel is very beautiful and the gourmet restaurant really good. The view is stunning and the rooms and beds are very comfortable.
