“Fabulous Gite in beautiful location.”

The converted farm building is along a quiet driveway, about 5 minutes drive South from the mid sized town of Geveze (& 20 minutes North West of Rennes). The property has lovely views over open countryside & a pretty garden, with mature trees offering shade. There is ample parking (at least 4 cars). The accommodation downstairs has a large open plan lounge/ dining area, spacious kitchen, one double bedroom, ensuite bathroom & separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two further double bedrooms, & one twin bedroom, all have ensuite bathrooms. The furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, and decor are nearly new and are tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped & has good appliances, & bedrooms have plenty of storage. Outside is equipped with loads of garden furniture & a petanque court with boules. Inside has a table football, large screen tv, & very good wifi. The hosts are lovely friendly people (thanks Annie) - nothing is too much trouble. This is the best rental property we've ever had (& we've travelled a lot) - rated perfect, 10/10. We will be back!

Stunningly appointed house with ample room for 8 comfortably. Fantastic kitchen and living area, outside zones and amenities. Owners were kind and attentive without being overbearing. Would 100% recommend and will return.
