The property is easily accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable. Beautiful pool side.

The personal touch of the staff/owner The ease of access with issuing the remote for the gate, which allowed easy access in and out of the property. Very friendly and caring owner. Very understanding and allowed easy smooth extension of our stay was a very.smooth check-in. Please supply more towels to the rooms even if there is a holding deposit for them.

I am very disappointed at both booking.com and chic guests house, my booking was confirmed and when I called on Saturday the owner or receiptionist told me that the queen suite i booked was already taken since Thursday and the only room left was the standard room with outside toilet. when I told him that according to your website and booking.com the room was available when I made the booking he told me to cancel the booking and book with other guest houses. i was left so disappointed as it was my birthday and intended to celebrate it there.
