Staff wee helpless, make mistakes like trying to charge for sheets when i already paid for it, somehow blaming me for not booking a checkout inspection (without mentioning tgis practice before), charging the deposit on my credit card instead of doing a pre authorisation. They promised they'll refund the deposit (250€) to the bank account i had to provide but 1 month later they still haven't and are responding any of my emails or phone call. Currently working with my bank to dispute the transaction. It crossed the line from negligence to intent.
