Hotel Garni Hanslerhof " Urlaub am Bauernhof " is located in the Zillertal Valley and is surrounded by the Alps. The traditionally furnished rooms have a balcony and are equipped with cable TV and bathrobes. Guests can relax in the sauna, infrared cabin or the steam bath. A sunny terrace and a garden with a children’s playground offer a relaxing spot as well. The Hanslerhof offers a bar. A ski storage room with ski boot dryer is available on site. A free ski bus stops 100 metres from Hotel Hanslerhof which takes guests to the surrounding ski areas. A ski school is a 5-minute walk away. Guests can ski directly back to the hotel. A bicycle rental can be reached within a 5-minute walk and an artificial lake is 5 km away. Three guided hiking tours per day are offered free of charge and activity program for kids from 5 to 12 years of age is offered also offered for free from Sunday to Friday in July and August. A petting zoo is also available, featuring rabbits, guinea pigs and a small cow. Guests of Garni Hanslerhof can park their cars free of charge at the property. Dorfbahn Gerlos is located within a 5-minutes walk.

The hotel was a perfect fit for us; the location is perfect, it has all the requirements we could wish for with a good breakfast a sauna and a nice balcony. And most important; the staff was super friendly!

“We loved the hotel so much that we will definitely come back to visit again with our little one.”
Hotel is centrally located and for us, it was a bonus where the ski school for our little one was 3 min walk with loads of restaurants and ski rental shops to choose from. Spar supermarket is just a 10min walk at max. Although it is centrally located , it is situated at the end of a quiet street so it was perfect. The Doughbarn ski lift is 7-8min walk and the Issokogen ski lift is 4 stops away. The ski bus runs usually every 15min and the bus stop is called Gerlos Ort. Our room is spacious as we have a balcony to ourselves . It is very clean and everyday when we come back from our ski day , we would find that our room is always kept clean and tidy. There is a cellar where you keep the skis and boards and then to dry the ski boots. The owners can speak English and they are always very friendly and helpful. The selection of the breakfast was great and they also have a farm close to the hotel and the milk is freshly squeezed everyday ! One of the other good thing about this hotel is that the internal structure is very solid and each room is very sound proof, you don't hear squeaking noise coming from upstairs or downstairs. Also, previous review had mentioned plumbing problem but I think this is fixed now as the showers and basin are all brand new and we had no trouble with the plumbing. We loved this hotel so much that we will definitely be coming back to visit again with our little one
