“A Budget-Friendly Stay Near Seville, but with Serious Soundproofing Issues”
Our family returned to southern Spain in 2025 for the first time in seven years since 2018. A lot has changed since the pandemic, but one thing that hasn’t is how difficult it still is to find good family-friendly accommodations with parking near Seville. Among the options within a 30-minute drive from Seville city center and within our budget, this place had the highest rating—and true to the rating, the facilities and room size were impressive. Parking was easy, and one of the neighbors even came out to let us know we had parked slightly over the line and might get a ticket—very kind and helpful. It’s a tiny village, though, and there’s nothing to see or do in the immediate area.

Great location for a family stay. A charming suburb of Seville. The city center is easily reachable in 30 minutes by public bus. Lovely and cozy local restaurants nearby!

“Apartmant 30 km away from Seville”
The facility is located in Gerena, a 25-minute drive from Seville. The accommodation is fine, the only complaint is the difficulty of getting hot water, as the water heater kept turning off. There is a large supermarket in the village and as a starting point to Seville, this apartment is not bad. Cleanliness is ok.
