Overview
Located on the heights of the Massif des Vosges, this hotel is set on the banks of Lake Gérardmer. It is a 5-minute ride on the shuttle bus to the ski slopes and a 5-minute drive to the city centre. Free Wi-Fi access and an LCD TV are provided in each comtemporary-style guest room. All of the rooms have an elegant décor with stylish furnishings, and some of the rooms offer a balcony and views of the lake or the mountains. A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the dining room at Hôtel La Réserve. Additional facilities includes a fitness room and a laundry service. Joa de Gérardmer Casino is just 130 metres from the hotel, and Mauselaine ski resort is a 10-minute drive away. Private parking is free on site.

“Excellent location with very helpful staff”
Staff were very helpful, especially when I lost a bag. The hotel is in an ideal position for the lake, and the town with all of its restaurants. The room was clean and quiet, and had everything I needed.

The location is definitely the best thing, it's a cute hotel, very clean, funny decor and very comfy rooms. It has a small parking on the side which was super convenient and a beautiful lake and cute little restaurants all nearby. Quite big room and super comfy bed, nice shower and a small walk-in closet.

Very clean room ,safe parking for the motor bikes didn't have breakfast thought it was a bit expensive at 14 euros very nice bakery 10 minutes up the road with seating this was highly recommended

Opted for a room with a lake view and it did no disappoint. The room was very big, warm and had a bed large enough for 3 people. The bathroom was nicely tiled and had a jacuzzi bath. Lots of storage space and was quiet. The hotel also had a microwave to heat up ready meals which saved us a night's dinner cost. Staff were friendly and breakfast was really tasty.
