Fantastic staff

had a wonderful stay at Silver Beach Hotel & Apartments. The location is amazing — right by the beach with beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, making the stay feel very easy and enjoyable. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The service felt personal and genuine from the moment we arrived. The pool area and restaurant were also excellent, with great food, good cocktails, and a perfect setting to relax during the day or evening. It’s a great place both for couples and families. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a place I would return to. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday with great hospitality.

The room was quite spacious and it had a sliding door that could be used to partition it in two (still big) parts, actually creating two bedrooms. It also featured a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The two swimming pools were also superb, with nice surrounding areas. There was also the option of laying in the beach instead - there were also lounges and parasols/trees creating nice shades. Swimming in the sea is also a great option (just be mindful that the pebbles can hurt your feet if you are only used to sand; also, beware that it gets deep very fast). There is a ping pong table and volleyball courts. The buffet was sufficiently diversified, and the services therein very good - all empty food trays were replaced in a matter of seconds, and the staff would come to your table quite often to take away any dirty plates that were no longer being used. The food was a nice mix of local specialties and more generic dishes, and if you wanted you could dine al fresco as there were some tables in fron of the pool. In general, the facilities are very clean and well kept. On Thursday there was live music, which made for a different evening.

Wonderful location, sea view from the room, delicious food, playground for kids - everything was fantastic! We also visited botanical garden which is not far from the hotel (17km) and it was lovely.

Our second stay here. Great room overlooking a beach. Two swimming pools. Resort was fully booked but it never felt overcrowded. All the staff are lovely. Gym fine. Not a massive selection of food choice but nonetheless always something to choose from. Close to supermarkets & restaurants. I saw local buses nearby

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing holiday here! From the moment we arrived until the very last day, everything was perfect. The reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping staff were always so kind, helpful, and smiling – they truly made us feel welcome. The hotel is new, modern, and very practical, while at the same time surrounded by beautiful nature. For the past few years, we had been spending our holidays in Spain, but after this experience, we can honestly say this place is much better. Greek hospitality gave us a unique and unforgettable holiday that we will always remember. The food was also fantastic – with delicious Aegean dishes and a very wide selection of vegetarian options, there was always something fresh and tasty to enjoy. “We enjoyed our stay”

We liked the location which is relatively aside from the city center making this place calm and not overcrowded. Our hotel room was clean and well equipped, including air-conditioning. We appreciated the every day room service. Due all inclusive paid we didn't have to care about food and beverages, which we got enough from the restaurant and pool bar. The food was always tasty and you could choose from many options. We would like to say thank you to the hotel staff who was always nice and helpful. We recommend this place to families with children because the beach is really next to the hotel, or you can stay by one of two hotel pools if you want. Also there are couple of cats and kittens your children will love. If you have a car rented, there is a botanical garden worth to visit and a brewery.

The perfect place for family vacation!

Lovely and clean hotel close to Chania. Staff was very friendly, special shout out to Eleni from the pool bar, she was a ray of sunshine :) We had a junior suite with a sea view, the room was spacious enough for 2 adults + 2 children and very clean with a lovely view to the sea. Breakfast was good with variety of options. There is not much to do around the hotel so if you are not "stay at the hotel whole week" type of person, we strongly recommend renting a car as we did and visited several locations all around Crete. The Botanical Garden of Crete is just beautiful with a lovely restaurant at the location as well. This is a must see, but recommend wearing sneakers as the park is up at the mountains and has a 2,5km path up and down with flowers and animals on the path. Falassarna beach on the western coast of Crete is also very beautiful with white sand and turquoise water.
