It was a cold weekend- our hosts turned on the heater in anticipation of our arrival back from our reunion. The room was cozy on our return and the bed was very comfortable.

Colleen and Leo were lovely, the weather was terrible when we arrived but they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room had everything we needed and was lovely and warm.

Colleen and Leo are the nicest hosts you could wish to meet. We enjoyed our stay with them so much and the stunning location. An amazing place, we hope to stay again.

The breakfast was excellent with cereal, fruit, toast etc in the room. The view was out across the lawns and it was quiet and peaceful. The price was very good. and the hosts were very friendly.

It was a treat to stay there. Several thoughtful things were left for us to enjoy for food including cereal, bananas, bread, butter etc. The accommodation was delightful, the bed very comfortable, the garden a real enjoyment especially the bird life. Leo and Colleen were very friendly and helpful.

The place was amazing, we really couldn't have wished for a better place to stay for our first night in NZ! The hosts were extremely kind and let us take a walk in their garden and we chatted a little. Everything was so nice!

The hosts were very welcoming. The room was very nicely decorated, well equiped. The breakfast was very nice. The garden absolutly beautyfull, peacefull and full of lovely birds visiting us. Thank you to our hosts Coleen and Leo. Leo's museum was very interesting, especialy with him transmiting his passion of collection of tools and other old item full of history.

It was a delightful overnight stay; the peace and quiet, the beautiful garden, the birds, the comfortable bed, the lovely owners - I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Lovely homely studio with everything you need. Bed super comfy. Delicious continental breakfast. Peace and quiet broken only by bird song and cicadas. Beautiful garden with bird life aplenty. A perfect get away from it all spot. Hosts delightful and very helpful.
