The welcoming receptionists,,I checked in late he was good even though my Deutsch is not that good we understood each other,,And the lady as well as I checked out she was the sweetest ❤️

The staff is friendly. I forgot my medicine and food boxes in the refrigerator. The staff was understanding of my problem and had my things delivered by courier.

Friendly and helpful reception, room fine, hotel convenient for station and city centre walking - but with tram outside if needed. Spacious breakfast room with good selection.

“If Gera is where you have to stay the night this hotel will do the job adequately.”
It is a simple hotel that I have been to before. Nothing fancy but it does the job. I appreciate the pakring garage under the hotel. The breakfast is fully adequate. Pricing reasonable.

“Average stay.”
A hotel situated in a lovely quiet part of the city. The breakfast had a lot of options and was all very fresh.
