Wow… what a revelation. It was modern, clean and the staff, including the Manager Panos couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a memorable stay! We highly recommend eating in as the food (both Breakfast and Dinner) were outstanding!

Everything was just perfect. Starting from the exceptional service and attention to detail from the staff members and finishing with beautifully represented fresh food. Rooms are spacious and designed in a way that it gives tranquility sense (including pool area).

“Truly exceptional!!”

It was truly an exceptional experience! The hotel is situated in a quite area around 7-minute walk away from the beach. The design of the hotel is very modern and the attention to detail is amazing! We booked a room with a private pool, which was very nice and we were spending our evenings on the terrace watching the stars. The meals and the bar at the hotel we thought were the best! Cocktails were really great! We were using beach facilities at Pilot Beach Resort every day, it's very easy to get there by a shuttle bus that picks you up in front of the hotel. The team who works at the hotel are true professionals, we are very thankful for their hospitality and help during our stay! It's a second time I am choosing this hotel when travelling to Crete and every time I visit it exceeds all my expectations!

I work in a Hotel myself and I have to say the hotel and the staff was beyond excellent. We never experienced such a luxurious and relaxing holiday. From food till cleanliness and professionalism. Perfect. 10/10 and we would love to come back one day!

The facilities are top class, but the staff is even better! Sania, the receptionist was very kind and warm, so was the hotel manger (can't remember hus name). All the staff was very professional and with the highest service standards.

This really is a true Boutique Hotel, a hidden gem in the small village of Georgiopoulos. The clean, simple but well thought out design and function of all spaces makes it both luxurious and a haven of peace and tranquility. Room was spacious,with great amenities.Iron plus board and anti mosquito plug in were added nice touches. Sunny balcony with mountain view, water provided daily. The hotel app is excellent for room service, lunch etc, small but perfectly tasty menu given the size (only 30 rooms) of the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, something for everyone with a great eggs menu too. The dinner is a 5 course set menu, which i tried. Beautifully balanced by the extremely competent chef, creative and delicious, all dietary requirements are catered for. Good wine list available, excellent price point. Lovely ambiance, as throughout the property at all times. Plenty of shops,restaurants etc at a stone’s throw plus 2 excellent beaches. You can also use all the facilities at the sister hotel, about a 5 minute transfer by shuttle which was available on tap at no extra charge! A much bigger but still beautiful complex, you get the best of both worlds and i would highly recommend the spa facilities. A car is needed if you wish to explore Crete more extensively but Rethymno and Chania are both close by, bus or taxi easy to access. Above all the level of service, discretion and professionalism of all the staff was the star attraction in this hotel for me. They cannot do enough to make your stay perfect and truly memorable. A special huge Thank You to Panos, an extraordinary manager,who’s enormous experience and understanding of customer comfort and relations is exceptional, and to Menia, the “fairy godmother” of reception, such warmth, charm and attention to every individuals needs and requests given with genuine care. To quote Panos “You arrive a stranger but leave as a friend”. Perfect. I will definitely be going back!!!

Beautiful hotel, stunning designs and aesthetics. It was so incredible that the hotel had its own archeology site as well, which was a brilliant addition.

A peaceful oasis for a perfect break. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. My husband fell ill during our stay and the hotel manager and staff went out of their way to help us. Really excellent breakfast and I loved having a Nespresso machine in the room.

We stayed at the Pilot Amphora Boutique Hotel for 10 days. The hotel, the service, the staff - everything was exceptional. We received a bottle of champagne and fruits on arrival, which was a lovely touch. There was also a surprise birthday cake delivered to our room during the trip. Again, great service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in an indulge room - and we had plenty of space. The rooms were cleaned daily, with new fresh towels etc. We had half board (including breakfast and dinner) which was amazing value for money as you get such a wide choice of options for breakfast. The dinners are exceptional (very big portions also) - be sure to keep yourself hungry each night! The staff were the best bit - so friendly and accommodating. The service couldn’t have been better - we would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you specifically to Paulos and Vasilis - it was a pleasure. We also visited the sister hotel (Pilot Beach Resort) for the Lobster night - and we were chauffeured across by the hotel teams. There are various local restaurants and supermarkets in the quiet neighbourhood also (Nostos and Mythos were local recommendations). There are also excursions from Georgioupolis for day trips - all fairly convenient if you don’t drive / have a car. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything to the team.

The ability to use the beach and the facilities of the second Pilot Hotel is a great advantage for those looking for a combination of a hotel for adults and an organized beach within a 5-minute drive The nearby village offers plenty of good restaurants and a good atmosphere
