Overview
Right on the long, sandy beach of Georgioupolis, Orpheas Resort Hotel offers elegant, 4-star accommodation set amidst well-kept, flowery gardens. It includes 2 swimming pools, a buffet-style restaurant and 2 bars. Rooms and suites at Orpheas Resort are romantically decorated featuring iron beds. I absolutely loved my stay here. The place is spotlessly clean, incredibly quiet, and has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere – exactly what I needed to truly relax and disconnect from everyday stress. The staff were wonderful – always kind, polite, and ready to help with anything. The food was amazing too. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and I also really enjoyed the lunches and drinks at the pool bar. The garden is beautiful and adds so much to the peaceful vibe of the place. It honestly felt like a little hidden paradise. If you're looking for a place to rest, recharge, and just feel good – I can't recommend it enough. I’ll definitely come back.

Very comfortable room with balcony where you can spend cozy and warm evenings. Great breakfast where you can find greek cusine- fresh fruits and vegitables, fresh coffee from the bar. And only 5 minutes to the beach with abosulutely clean sea)

We had a fantastic stay in this nice hotel for adult only. Great breakfast and affordable food overall. Hotel personnel were very nice and willing to help. The hotel has direct access to the beach which is perfect and is well placed to visit Creta. Not too far from Chania, Knossos/Heraklion. Hotel is clean, our room was beautiful and we also enjoyed a little private pool outside. We took 3 excursions advised by the hotel and we loved them all: visit of Knossos/ Heraklion, safari jeep off road in the mountains and crossing Creta, and Imbros gorges. Unforgetable memories.

“Perfect !”
The hotel was of a really good standard. Quiet, adults only, direct access to the beach and plenty of nice restaurants nearby for an evening meal. We try and avoid all inclusives and smash and grab buffet type hotels, and prefer calm nicely appointed characterful places. The Orpheas fulfilled the brief perfectly. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a sea view and was well appointed and clean. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty much continental with a good choice. If you’re looking for a full English, this isn’t the place for you. Although fried eggs and omelettes were great, the sausages and bacon were aimed more at the German guests. The food in the pool bar was really good, and very good value for money. In fact all drinks, food and services in the hotel are very keenly priced. Overall we had a fantastic 7 nights here, and will definitely stay again next time we’re in Crete.

The main reception, dining and pool area was excellent. The reception staff were very professional, engaging and helpful. Majority of the catering staff were great. Rooms good. Well kept beach area.
