“Great place in Georgetown.”

The Lace's team is amazing. My flight arrived too late in Georgetown and the local Lace's team was really nice at the moment I arrived.

It is clear to me that Lace B&B has made a tremendous effort to create a comfortable place. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent. The decor is well thought out, to create a peaceful feeling. The grocery, market and taxi stand are within walking distance.

On arrival the room was clean. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi good. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was delivered to the room! Excellent location - walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and loads of produce vendors line the streets close by. Classy and clean! Security quietly watches entrances. Bed sheets were quality all the way. Absolutely charming.

The staff were very friendly, the room spacious and there was security making us feel a bit safer. The breakfast was really tasty and there’s free coffee/tea/water provided for the duration of the stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. I liked that it had an iron. I also liked that there was a communal kitchen. The security guys and other staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped me get taxis and were really helpful in giving advice about walking around the area.

The staff was very professional. The security is very professional and on point. I felt very secure during my stay and would recommend this facility if you are looking for peaceful and relaxing places to stay. The location is perfect for moving around the city.

Anytime I go to town, this is where I stay, it definitely feels like a home away from home. They go above & beyond to make you feel welcome & safe/secure. Breakfast is delivered to your room at your selected time, they even went the extra step to source my a large mixed fruit bowl for my breakfast at my last minute request. The additional icing & cherry on the cake is that after a very busy days work, they managed to schedule me in (last minute again) for a full body massage at their onsite spa facility. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

Attention to detail from my arrival (after 6pm). Greeted outside by a member of security who knew my name and had an envelope with my room key. Instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome. Gave me clear and simple guidance for my way around the building, including a refreshment room where you can make yourself a cold drink, tea or coffee. Communal spaces, room & bathroom were all very clean. Loads of plug points in the room, TV was already connected to Netflix (definitely a bonus). I've become so use to having cold or at a push luke warm showers in each hotel i've stayed in, that it was a delightful change to have a relaxing hot shower. Whenever I'm town I'll be sure to make this my first choice. 10/10.

Breakfast was a delivery of egg and ‘toast’ - very basic and sat, eaten, while perched on bar stools in a waiting room. Not the B&B experience to compare to UK standards. Also the room was termed as B&B with terrace - there might have been a terrace but it was not part of the room and no mention or access of it was made. Tea and coffee was in a side room off the stairway, communal and very basic. That said, very comfortable room, very clean and excellent en suite. It was what we needed and we felt very safe. The flexibility on departure times was very much appreciated.

The staff are really welcoming and lovely and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. Stayed for a week and the room was well cleaned every day. Breakfast options are varied enough for short stays.
