“Overall good price for a family room for 4 person less than RM200”

The location is strategic, hawker or eating place is of walking distance e. g Kimberley street, The ship restaurant is only a few doos away, the bahari parade is opposite and there is also few chinese and nyonya food few steps away down the road.
