“Staff is rude.”
Very inconvenient. We paid for an early arrival however, the staff “Roni” weren’t answering my calls when we arrived, turns out he was still sleeping. Hapyhome replied to me and said go to the staff room just to doorbell and wake him up, wth. Upon checking in, the room was so damn messy, like a family just checked out. All the trash are still there, the towels are everywhere.

“I recommend this accommodation if planning a visit to the Genting Highlands”
We had a short 2 night stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the host provided clear instructions to collect the key and access the apartment. The view from the room was amazing and there are some good food, coffee and stores in the complex. The location was good and only a short grab or shuttle ride to get the Genting theme park, stores and casino. It was also really good value for money.

All the needs are provided, water machine, electric stove, pots and more Beds and bathroom are spacious and comfortable Even has a small balcony Just below the tower there’s a bunch of market and leisure space, can literally stay there the whole day and still be ok

The most we like is there have water filter which is easy to drink a water and refill anytime just like home without need to worried run of water or need to buy mineral water.
