It's a good place at a good price; just look for promotional days or wait until the last minute and you'll find a good price for many places in Paris.

“Horrendous.”

Electricity is dangerous. It smelled like cold cigarettes (with ash still on the steps inside) and the floor was sticky under my shoes. I don’t care about old amenities when it’s clean, and it was not an option apparently.

It would be better to provide small necessary items for visitors(soap,hair-dryer)

We had a problem with a shower, the water was boiling hot and we couldn’t change it, so complained and we got another apartment which also had a shower problem, however, despite not being able to take shower properly, the owner did try to fix it more than once so I have to give him some kind of props

Tiny space, one extendable sofa bed, uncomfortable troublesome bathroom, not much facilities

M We didn’t like anything about this hotel. First, we checked in… We had booked from the 8th to the 11th. We entered the room — okay, the cleanliness was not great, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The next day, we went out to explore Paris. When we came back at 1 a.m., there were some men and women in our room, and our belongings were gone. They had been taken and placed in another room. We then found a key and were told to go to that room. We went inside, but there were no clothes, not even a proper bed. We had to pull out a sofa bed ourselves. There was no bedding, nothing at all. But the most important issue was our belongings. When we tried to contact the staff by phone and message, he didn’t want to come. Only after long messages and arguments, he finally showed up. He then said everything was there, except for the charger. But in reality, he had just placed our things in another room. This was a terrible experience, because people entered our room, took our personal belongings (which no one has the right to touch), and moved them to another room without informing us. Overall, we really didn’t like it, and I do not recommend this hotel or apartment, whatever you might call it.

“Accessible Gentilly”

I spent time in both apartments. Both were good for my needs. Close to the train station on the airport line. A small supermarket next to the train station and a bakery practically across the road from the apartments. Lovely big windows with tri-fold shutters let in beautiful light from a lovely garden view. Portuguese-French bar/restaurant a couple of doors down was nice and has small bands occasionally. Coffee shop is across the road. You can walk to bigger shopping areas, just use Google maps. Did have its issues, but once worked out and worked around, it was fine.

Nights are terrible. The bed's noisy & mattress is bent. The door's bent, there's a hole to the corridore. The neighbor upstairs is extremely noisy and does not rest for the whole night.

The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Quiet neighbourhood and close to both train and underground stations.

Nice area. Close to the subway, bakery & convenience stores.

Sofa bed was very comfortable. The privacy and quiet were really good. Close to great Boulanger and supermarket.

Hi. When we went inside it was terrible and not clean. I had never seen a bad hotel like this before, so after 10 minutes we just left the hotel and told the owner we left. We didn't stay there. We just went to another hotel and played in cash even reserved it not online. Because what was in the picture was not the same in real.
