“I should be compensated by a refund for my stay”
That I was able to communicate with the middle man standing in for the apartment owner, He listen and tried to make the place comfortable but the place is jut not comfortable and beyond him. I advise the house owner to refurbish the apartment as it is not comfortable to host guest.
