“Good public transport options but with some compromise”

The location of the place is really great as there is a train station in 5 mins walk, bus stop in front of the apartment. Several grocery shopping options near by, as well as restaurants. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with young children. Very helpful and easily reachable host (the key was not in the box at arrival but Samuel was there in about an hour and let us in). Safe neighborhood.

The fact that the apartment is close to a train station, a bakery and a mini-market. The house is well equipped with the necessities and the host was accessible when we asked to check out later.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable for the full stay, very happy , also a fantastic Portuguese cafe for coffee and food aswell as a 24 hour convenience store on the same street as the apartment which was very useful.

Everything was extremely clean. It is pretty spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4. Noise from the street is low considered it is located in a sin road . Kitchen with all you need.

“Great spacious place in Paris”

Lovely and spacious apartment in Paris Zone 2. We were surprised about the size of the apartment, not common in Paris. My kids loved the second floor, and we loved our room on the first floor. Well equipped with everything we needed for a couple of days. Close to the RER station connected with the metro. Loved the place.

The property is exactly how described charming practical very easy to get round Paris the train station is two minute walk away. Everything you need and more in the apartment

We liked the location to transport. The market is easy access. Patisserie on the corner was perfect. View was lovely.

“A Clever & Hard to Beat Flat in Gentilly...!”

This was an unexpected treat, v well located, and well appointed. A terrific master bedroom (though not ensuite) w an additional loft bedroom being on the top floor of the building, thought it an excellent use of the space, and would be difficult to improve on. It's relatively close to the Metro, has a superb little patisserie just across the street and a few good restaurants in the area. It's a super choice.

Very cozy place, 4 people can sleep very comfortable. Old typical parisiene buildings. Very clean. Great communication. Also it has wifi.

“Meets the expectation”

The location was perfect, near the RER station and plenty of restaurants nearby. Delicious boulangerie just next door. The check in process was smooth. The room was as advertised and plenty of amenities for the bathroom and kitchen. Washing machine is available which is very useful.

The host was very pleasant and allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning for pick-up later to go to the airport.

The property was spacious for a group of 4, very modern and well kept, lovely art work. Everything you might need was supplied and the owners are very responsive. There is a bakery on the doorstep and links into the centre of Paris very close.
