“Clean and comfortable, close to the metro, nice balcony”
The little balcony is beautiful and fun to spend time on. The place has a kitchen and a separate bedroom, a washer in suite. It's not some special area but the tiny street is picturesque.

“We enjoyed our stays!”
We enjoyed our stay very much! It has literally everything you need, including a washing machine, full kitchen, which are huge bonuses for traveler like me! If there’s anything that I really have to point out, I would say the slightly steep staircases (1 flight, especially if you have a huge luggage, but as long as you are being careful, that’s fine) & the supply of the hot water will need to be waited for 30mins for the tank to refill again for the next person to use, but overall, I had lovely stays there!

The apartment is small, but it has everything you need. The owner was very polite. The location is very convenient. The metro is very close, 20 minutes by metro to the center of Paris. We liked everything very much.

“A relaxed stay close to Paris”
The area was silent enough, the apartment was spacious enough for 2 persons, we had all the necessary amenities for our stay. The host was nice and responsive. The place is 5 minutes away from the metro/bus and it was easy to get to and from Paris.

I liked the fact that this apartment was exactly as advertised and was very clean. I liked the nice touches: umbrella, some spices, dishwasher detergent' disinfectant' airfreshner, window cleaner paper and extra garbage bags. I really liked the location as it is very near to the Hopital Bicetre metro and close to downtown Paris (30mins) and to Orly Airport. I liked the owner's responsiveness.
