“Wonderful stay”
Staff was courteous and friendly. Answered all our questions and demands. Reception staff proactively offered us extra bed sheets and a blanket when they saw we had a toddler during check in. We appreciated a deep bathtub in our room. Liked the pool and jacuzzi and the breakfast.

I loved having the free coffee and lemon water available to you all day long. The rooms are a great size and give you space to move around. The staff are really friendly and help resolve any issues quickly

“Overall much better than the Holiday Inn Express we stayed in 2 weeks ago in Richmond”
Wi-Fi was weak at our room Annoying family in the room next door. Very loud and did not control their kids.

“Pleasant place to stay”
The facility is decent but we have stayed here numerous times in the past and it has gone down hill slightly lately. The spa needed repair that I reported to the front desk and our rooms AC was leaking onto the carpet but their maintenance mechanic was on top of his game and was johnny on the spot.
