“Clean, safe and family friendly.”
Coming from Germany for about a week to GenSan, we had a wonderful stay as a family including our 1.5 year old baby. We felt very safe and welcome at all times and the neighbors were very friendly too. There is a small 7eleven relatively close by and also a pharmacy. We visited our family in GenSan so we had local support and transport organized privately. The house was very clean and just loved our stay in this typical Filipino house. Air condition was working well and we had no electricity brown out or anything. We used the grill for barbecue and had a nice family dinner. We were very satisfied.

“Experience ds nice home in Gensan”
This property is amazing. This is not just a house but a home. The size is right for us (3-4 people), it is fully furnished, the lighting is good so it doesn't feel dim at all. This house has 3 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with AC so we don't have to feel hot with the high temperatures in Gensan. Even though the owner was not in town, she was very attentive. She asked someone to welcome us and handover the keys, even informing security at the entrance gate upon our arrival to show us the direction. The last, the house is in a residential complex with 24 hour security

Nice accommodation, peaceful, secured, near malls & convenience stores. Perfect for families on vacation. The host responds immediately and very accommodating to our requests. Definitely, we will book again in this place.
