“Wonderful stay”

We had a wonderful stay at L’Osteria. The resort is beachfront with beautiful sea views from the room and just steps away from a good surf spot. What we loved most is how quiet and private it feels — a peaceful escape even though it’s conveniently close to the lively General Luna area. The staff were genuinely thoughtful, sweet, and provided excellent, attentive service. The authentic Italian restaurant downstairs is a big highlight — the stone stove pizzas are fantastic, and breakfast was amazing every morning. The food was so good that it felt like a full-board experience. Another rare plus for Siargao: consistently strong water pressure and stable hot water, which made showers a real pleasure after surfing. Overall, L’Osteria offers the perfect mix of great location, comfort, privacy, and delicious food. Highly recommended!

“Absolutely out of this world”

The resort is amazing. You feel as if you are the only ones there. It is small and quaint with exceptional facilities, staff, food and service. Nothing was ever too much to ask for. Everything was beautiful.

The staff was so so lovely - Elaine and Veronika especially! Given it's a small villa, there's only another few more people with us, so every morning the staff will ask whether room cleaning is needed and we can tailor our time as well. The staff was super attentive and friendly, we were very well taken care of! We went there for a birthday and the staff helped us with setting up the room before arriving. The room was incredible! Super quiet and we got the beach for ourselves. The amenities were great with spacious room and bathroom and outdoor shower. Was worried about the noise but there wasn't any noise, it was a very peaceful, quiet place with incredible views.

“Fantastic beachfront location”

The location is as described, right on the beach. The roar of the waves breaking on the reef accompanies your sleep! The queen room is spacious with a balcony that overlooks the beach, and is off a communal area with tea-making facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent - breakfasts and (Italian) dinner. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We booked tours through them and they went out of their way to do everything they could to enhance our stay.

Cosy, beautiful surroundings, helpful and very friendly staff, perfect escape and relaxation hub after surfing, delicious home made meals, very clean. Great value for money. Felt super safe traveling as a woman alone. Got great surfing school recommendations. On top of that: my travel plans changed and I arrived 1 day earlier to the island, the staff was super responsive and rearranged my transfer and room so it was ready just within few hours before I landed in Siargao. That’s way beyond excellent service!

The perfect place to relax. Especially the apartment with a pool. Peace and quiet and a view of the sea right from your bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will help you arrange anything. Breakfast was also very tasty.

This was, hands down, the best accommodation we had in the Philippines. From the very first moment we felt so comfortable, safe and well taken care of. A huge thank you to the girls working there – they were incredibly kind and attentive. Day by day they even remembered exactly what food and drinks we liked, and often already had everything prepared before we even asked. You don’t experience this level of care very often! We ate almost every evening at the Osteria, simply because we were that happy with it – great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we truly enjoyed it every single day – we also loved the variety and selection they offered. The location is absolutely perfect: it’s right on the beach, slightly tucked away in nature, so it’s very peaceful and quiet. But if you want to be in the middle of things, you can reach the main road within a short walk to catch a tuk-tuk, and by scooter you’re in General Luna within minutes. For us it was the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Our room was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage space. We also loved having a small terrace – and they even provided a drying rack for our wet clothes. Everything was so easy and well organized: surf lessons and scooter rental were arranged directly through the hotel, which made everything completely stress-free. The pool was also very nice and refreshing, and the whole place just had such a warm and welcoming vibe. Saying goodbye was honestly hard because we felt so at home here. We would come back anytime – highly recommended! 🌴✨

We had a room with a private pool which was just perfect as there are very limited swimming options on the rocky beach line

“Could of been amazing!!!!”

We loved how quiet it was during the day, you actually sometimes felt like you were on your own desert island, the breakfast was nice but the choice was limited so got a bit same same each day.

The staff were fabulous, especially Veronika who took care of every need. She is a star. The villa itself was comfortable and nicely private, perfect for a couple wanting intimacy and privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ENTIRE stay, the food was very friendly and the staff are delicious. Gorgeous garden right on the beach, we had an incredible view from our balcony. The staff couldn't be more attentive and arranged everything we needed from motor scooter to transfer bus

“Amazing accomodation & friendly staff!!”

It’s an absolute pleasure to have stayed at L’Osteria. The location is sublime, right on the beach and next to Tuasans surf break. And the accomodation is perfect, waking up to the site of crashing waves & breakfast was amazijg every morning. The best part was definitely there staff, from the beginning we felt welcome and looked after for the duration of our stay. We were lucky enough to have an upgrade too on our last night to the pool villa and it was unbelievable to say the least! I will be coming back to Siargao, and certainly staying here again to experience the friendly hospitality.
