Very nice and clean

My wife and I came by car with our two electric bikes. We drove the Italian part of the Alpe Adria route. We slept for 4 nights. My subjective feeling - as if I came to visit my sister and favorite brother-in-law! We felt accepted, respected and comfortable. We will remember the attention we experienced. Not to mention how clean, comfortable and comprehensive the accommodation is, in short - everything is perfect. The storage room for our bikes with places to charge batteries, cleaning tools, alarm... was better than at my house. The car park is spacious and safe. What characterizes these two people who run the facility together with their daughter is dedication and commitment to their work down to the last detail. My objective feeling - same as subjective.

“Lovely B&B with excellent breakfast and hosts!”

Stopped whilst cycling the Alpe Adria Cycleway. B&B is on a busy road - but there was no issue with noise once you were inside. Lovley hosts greet you and was nice to be offered refreshments after a days cycling. Host made booking at local restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional with home made apple juice and local treats.

Welcome drink their own made prossecco. Nice sitting are in the front of the building, clean rooms, delicious breakfast with home made products, realy nice owners. Very close to Alpe Adria.

The owners are wonderful—friendly and exceptionally welcoming. We enjoyed discussing our bike tour (tandem) with them as well as their daily business. The breakfast is excellent, and the decor is lovely; we really appreciate this style.

Everything was great, nice and clean, breakfast was delicious and owners very nice. I actually wanted to come back for more days but it was already booked. The owner also makes really good prosecco so I recommend you try that. If i go to the same area again, I will definitely stay here again.

New and very clean rooms. Exceptional and friendly host family . I just can recommend to stay.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.
