The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made arrival stress-free. The deposit was also returned very quickly, which I really appreciated.

Very strategic location (near the bridge and surrounded by good eateries, USM), comfortable stay for big group, convenient with complete amenities. Kids had lots of fun in the kid pool while we ate outside. Host is also very considerate

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1. House was very clean. 2. Host was very responsive & helpful. Kindly responded to any questions during our stay. 3. Any problems we had during the stay, the host will ask his staff to come and help. 4. Kitchen got all necessities & all rooms hv attached bathroom (except for the room on ground floor) which is very convenient. 5. This house is spacious with big side yard, beautifully decorated and perfect for family gathering. 6. Every space is similar as the photos. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and a great time during our staycation at Univilla. Truly recommended for big groups who want to stay in Penang. Thank you Senthil.
