“Unhygienic & Neglected Property – Total Nightmare Stay”
I checked in at 11:00 PM, and upon arrival, I found the balcony filled with bedsheets and towels hanging to dry. The house was dusty and infested with baby cockroaches. The floor was sticky, and the sink had a strong unpleasant odor. When I tried to shower that night, the water heater was not functioning, even though I had already requested the housekeeper prior to check-in to ensure everything was in proper working condition. Unfortunately, multiple issues were encountered, including an air conditioner that was not cooling. I had booked the stay for two days. The following day, they sent a technician and cleaner to fix and clean the unit while I was already staying there, which disrupted my rest and privacy. I requested a partial refund of the cleaning fee, as the property was clearly not clean upon check-in and I should not be charged for cleaning under such conditions. However, my request was ignored. I strongly advise other guests to be cautious and avoid experiencing the same situation, especially as the unit was infested with baby cockroaches.
