“A Quiet Retreat in a Quaint City”
This is one exquisite hotel. The hillside setting was quiet and quaint, with plenty of parking and room to roam the property. Honestly, we can't wait to go back.

“Great stay. Would stay again”
The room was very spacious and comfortable. As a family of 4 with 2 kids we were super comfortable. the hotel is really beautiful and the service is great. I appreciated the new gym (apparently it just opened) which was nice. The breakfast was really complete and the views amazing.

“Nice hotel but beware the hidden extra costs of bringing your dog”
We were allocated the dog room and it was excellent. The view from the balcony was so good that we ordered room service instead of the restaurant. The dogs also both got a very cute tin of treats. Nice touch.

“Hotel and restaurants don't play well together”
Lovely hotel with great views, excellently located for exploring the nearby vineyards and towns, though you'd need a bike or car to do so. Great restaurants on site, but don't count on them!

Our room was fantastic! The restaurants were enjoyable! The onion soup in the Brassiere was the BEST!! The breakfasts were delicious!! The vineyard views from all windows were outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel!!

“Luxury and low-key experience for a wine tasting journey”
We didn't realize this is one of the Relais & Châteaux hotels before we arrive, and we're totally satisfied after arrival. Pretty nice holiday getaway hotel with good location, view, facility and friendly staff. There is a gift riesling in the room(yes of course, this is Geisenheim, riesling is the reason that brought us here), and it is a pretty tasty one. The hotel has a fine restaurant attached to it, but we didn't have a chance to try due to reservation issues.

Fryed eggs and omelette needs to be cooked nicer. I believe restaurant has a good chef to manage this. Except that, breakfast was super!

Nice 5 star hotel. Not the best but very good. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast with magnificent view and menu choices. The Burg restaurant was very good but pricey compared to eg Michelin standard level. Would go again
